Hahaha. Hi everyone I haven't written here in a while. School's opened! And I'm so excited. Aren't you all excited? I just love school and I mean it, not sarcasm or anything. I'm so excited to see my new H1 class (:
OK so on monday. My econs group decided to do something special. This is what we did,
Yes, I'm the C. It's only for fun, I would never say IT out. Really. Hahaha. Then when the bell rang in the morning, we popped party poppers saying "Happy New Year!". So fun :D No real lessons, how nice (:
OK back to today. So today was open house + interhouse. 0817 has taken part in badminton and floorball! Quite fun actually (: Thanks to all those who watched. For badminton, we have Matthias, our pro male singles player! Steffi, our pro female singles player! And Xuan Yi, our pro male mixed doubles player! Lastly me. You can hear the swooshing sound of the shuttle cock flying when Matthias played. So powerful. We actually got into quarter finals and stopped there after meeting our formidable opponents who are from 0827 and their team members comprised of 2/4 school badminton team players. Yes, defeat was well accepted (:
Then it was floorball next. We are the Stick Breakers yo! Kelvin, Xuan Yi, Johnathan, Ronald, Chun hao, Me. The weather was playing games with us. Drizzle then stop, drizzle then stop and finally it poured. So we played both in the parade square and the hall. I got drenched while helping to keep the flying human balloons. How kind! Hahaha. We got to the quarter finals too! Two walkovers and two actual matches. It's a shame we couldn't get to the top 3 but oh wells, we'll try harder next time! (: Good effort today everyone. I think the open house was quite a success. Go NY!
It's Rush Hour for all you last minute people like me. HOMEWORK. Haha. We'll be starting actual classes tmr I guess so it's back to joking and being serious :D See you all tomorrow!
PS: The ponyo song played today was the greatest song! hahah. kidding.

NYJC VERSUS CJC
10 men vs 11 men.
Well. we lost 2 - 3, but well, if u were there, u will know we didnt play tat badly. the team did rather well actually. firstly, we didnt hav a proper keeper, and we are down by 1 man. so we conceded 2 goals in the first half. 2nd half evrybody's performing much better. shortly after their kickoff, we made them kick off again. i scored a goal on my first shot on goal.

As u can see from Fig1, i used my right outer foot to shoot the ball, the ball curved and cruised over the penalty box and finally sails above the keeper and dipped into the goal jus below the bar. the moment was esctatic for me! and the adrenaline rush when the ball is swerving and taking its own sweet time. HA! soon, cheng scored another goal,but hav a leg cramp! which turns us down to 9 men. with the lapse in our defence, we conceded a goal nearing the end. so, we could really hav performed better and actually won.
honestly, i made alot of mistakes too. like missing alot of chances to shoot when the ball was crossed in, and hesitated after breakin thru past several defenders..
mary played well too! the CJ attacking was rather fast, but most of their attacks are neutralised by our defenders! woohoo. so yeah, we can do better man for our future matches! :D
and oh! not to forget, i wanna thanks a few ppl in our class for supporting us! it's really appreciated u know, like we are at home ground and hav no supporters. but cj hav their supporters here. like.. seriously. lol

well. i cant comment much about the BBQ as i reached quite late.
but then all i can say is. its very chicken-y.
upon my arrival. i had mainly chicken wings and chicken chop.
also not forgetting the mr.harold secret recipe of cheese with crabmeat.
the going home journey was the most interesting part.
as we had to catch the last bus. and luckily for the bus ppl.
i could alight at my home. while the rest managed to catch 82.
well. thanks to those who have made the bbq possible! thanks you all!
